  • Visa Refusals, Confidentiality and Application Records

In the event of a visa refusal, the Company will provide the Client with the refusal reference number issued by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) of Singapore or the relevant authority. The reference number may be used by the Client to verify the authenticity of the decision through the official channels made available by the relevant authority.

The Company is not obligated to provide and may not disclose copies of internal application records, ICA/SAVE submission screenshots, payment receipts between the Company and government authorities, Form 14A submissions, uploaded supporting documents, internal correspondence, local sponsor information, system logs, screen recordings, videos, or any other documents, records, or data relating to the visa application process, except where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Certain information relating to visa applications may contain confidential, proprietary, commercial, personal, or third-party information protected under Singapore law, contractual obligations, privacy requirements, or internal Company policies. Such information shall not be disclosed to applicants.

The Company reserves the right to determine what information and documents may be released to the Client following a visa refusal. The official refusal notice and/or refusal reference number shall constitute sufficient confirmation of the outcome of the visa application.

The Client acknowledges that visa applications may be submitted through authorized partners, licensed travel agencies, local sponsors, appointed representatives, or other authorized entities. The Company is not required to disclose internal business relationships, submission channels, operational procedures, contact persons, sponsor details, or third-party arrangements used in connection with the application.
